We are seeking to appoint a highly and organised and experienced Recruitment and Administration Manager, to add capacity to our team continue their professional development journey with us. Once appointed they will help ensure our fantastic HR Team deliver an efficient, effective and recruitment service to schools across our growing and high performing Trust.

You will have excellent time management skills and ideally have experience of managing a full recruitment cycle from start to finish. You will have strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage your own workload.

You will have experience of successfully implementing administrative systems, and will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, whilst producing consistently accurate and high-quality work. Utilising your strong literacy, ICT and communication skills, you will support the Trust schools with their recruitment campaigns.

 An exciting opportunity has arisen tjoin Barr’s Hill School to work with the school Receptionist and Administration function under the guidance of the Operations Co-Ordinator, providing a professional “Front of House” reception service.

You will provide efficient and pro-active clerical and administrative support for the school.

You will need to be highly organised, be able to prioritise, work well under pressure and have the ability to work to strict deadlines with attention to details in a busy reactive environment.

This is an 18-month term time only apprenticeship during which you will study towards a recognised NVQ qualification in Business or Administration. It is an ideal opportunity to build skills and experience for your future career.

We are seeking to appoint additional invigilators to join our examination team at Barr’s Hill and President School. We are looking for reliable, enthusiastic and flexible individuals. This role is to oversee and supervise examinations as necessary throughout the school year. The successful candidates will also ensure that guidelines and regulations for the integrity and security of the examination papers and procedures are followed during examination sessions.

Applicants will need to demonstrate a commitment to teamwork and have effective communication skills.

Applicants will possess GCSE’s grade C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent)

Working hours will be variable depending on the examination requirements, but will normally be between 8.00am and 4:00pm.
