Students celebrate A-Level Results!
Students and staff at Barr’s Hill School are celebrating a successful set of A-level results which have ensured students their places at a range of top universities.
Students now benefit from Post 16 Select. This is a joint venture between President Kennedy School and Barr’s Hill School that allows students in Year 11 to choose from a wide range of courses to study in the Sixth Form and benefit from the best teaching and educational experiences available from both schools.
Our curriculum ensures that students can study a range of challenging academic subjects such as Chemistry, Physics, Maths, Statistics, Further Maths, English, Spanish, French, History, Geography, Psychology and Sociology.
Star performers this year include;
Rahm Khaliqad excelled in English, Business and Film, achieving A*, A, B and will be going on to Warwick University to study Law and Business.
Cain Ashmore excelled in Engineering and Computer Science, achieving a B, C and will be going on to Birmingham City University to study Computer Science.
Kaj Chandran excelled in her subjects and will be going to Coventry University to study Forensic Investigation.
Headteacher, Mr C. Jupp commented, “We’re very proud of all of our students. They have worked incredibly hard. It’s wonderful to see our student’s progress onto top universities and apprenticeships.”
